You can't prevent a cluch from overheating in real life so I guess stop riding the clutch when you are not supose to.

Maybe you need the heavy duty flywheel instead of the lightened one.

Can you post a video with the 'PEDALS' app visible, showing the overheating, so we can see how you are using the clutch?

Are you using the automatic clutch assist? Are you releasing the gas when you shift?

@ above,

Changing flywheel does not help.

I also made a topic on the official forums , video should be up within a few hours.

Yes i use automatic clutch assist, but i shift manually , and no i dont release the gas

EDIT:

@nadeox , good idea on the pedal app , when im standing still the clutch is at 100% but when i launched (and driving) the clutch stays at 50% , that probably explains the overheating, you mayby know what causes that problem?

Im not surprised your clutch wears out. But this gives room for a possible mod as a racing or lightwheel clutch.

as you can see the clutch stays at 50%, why doesnt it goes to 0%???

because even the worst clutches dont wear out doing what you did just once.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!

for some reason, not sure if i did it by accident or this is by default.

but the clutch was also assigned to the left joystick, when joystick was pushing up it was 0% , in the center at 50% and pushing down at 100%

So problem solved

ps: 340ish km/h at the finishline :D :D :D :D
