no game-settings.ini in documents

the only folders/files in have in C:\Users\***\Documents\BeamNG.drive\ are 0.22, temp, beamng.log, and version.txt

C:\Users\****\Documents\BeamNG.drive\0.22 contains mods, temp, track editor and logs.

I've spent days looking into why my game will not run anymore, ive reinstalled multiple times, and set my user folder to C:\Users\****\Documents\BeamNG.drive. I am 100% sure that i dont have any "unsupported programs" as it stopped working randomly.

reason i mention the contents of my docs is because I've read that there is supposed to be some settings and all in there. I feel that I am missing files.

I have a folder in my appdata/local folder for beamng. maybe try that.

I relocated the files to my documents via the loader. They're not in there.

Hi,

Please check your Userfolder.

Launcher -> Manage Userfolder location -> Open in Explorer

As stated, I had relocated the file through the launcher. That action opened my docs. I have a Logitec steering wheel, when left plugged in, it prevented the launcher from properly running beam. When left unplugged, the game loaded fine.

Problem solved, crisis averted
