Well yes, but actually no. Yeah you can see whats behind you, but thats not my point, I know that. Its that you cant see your own vehicle in the reflection to give some kind of perspective on what youre seeing behind you.
I would love to see interior as well.
Every game i played with mirrors/reflections run great
Its only beamng that has bad mirrors/lag With them
Forza has a good implementation, Assetto Corsa, ETS+ATS. Beamng is the only car based game that doesnt have working/good working mirrors in it.
Ive heard its because of the way the game is being rendered but honestly I dont think its that big of a deal if normal AI cars or just other cars in general can be perfectly rendered in the mirrors but not your own car.
After all, in that case, our current car would also function as a separate component. It would be visible in the mirror.
