avast,norton,mcafee are all bloatware and a virus themselves. windows defender for quite a while now is all you need for an antivirus, running malwarebytes every once in awhile is also recommended.

People these days still using antivirus? LOL, keep paying to bloat your computer with unnecessary programs.

Also, stay away from shady mod sites. Download from game's repository or at the official BeamNG site.

honestly i dont know why people still use third party anti virus software, windows defender does the exact same thing, you just need common sense. And when this fails use malwarebites

Idk the old windows defender wasn't very good and thats what they were told and dont want to try it with windows 10 when its perfectly fine

thats the ''gtg parts mod'' it was happening to whole community and thats 90% of the time the cause

Ive been using the standard Windows 10 Defender and it has never found a virus associated with mods
