how to use nitro without destroying engine

i did some custom van (i took out all doors seats hood etc only engine and driver seat)
and i taked on nitro adjustable size but whe i used it at 4 gear engine exploded
so how i can use it?

The nitrous shot is too big. It causes overtorque and blows up your engine. When you install the variable shot bottle, you can test what amount is the sweet spot in the tuning tab. I would start at 100kW.

Then lower the amount of kW in the tuning tab and find the amount at which the engine does not explode

also gear ratios (heavy ratio that put to much load on the engine) have an effect on how much nitro at what point you can use, also playing with the setting at wich rpm nitrious comes on helps.
also playing on turbo cars with the boost, for example a stage 2 turbo with allot of nitro can be faster then a unlimited stage 3 turbo with much less nitrious, in general tho the only engine that can take a good amount of boost and nitrious are the 5.5l v8

Another thing try converting KW to HP 1 kw = 1.3hp so your 100 shot you think you added was closer to 140.

Start small... I have no problems with n20 in game. Don't expect the stock covet to love a 250 shot of juice either
