Beamng Drive not launching. HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING

I have been play beamng for a while around 650 hours but for the past few months the game has not been launching, steam says its running but now pops up. i have manully shut it down from task manager. i have everything like deleting all antivirus or desabling it, reinstalled the game, updated windows, turned of fire wall, different launch options,reinstalled video drivers, checked integrety of game files, opened the game directly from the files. Nothing has worked pls help i love this game.

I have not had this problem and am only guessing but could it be corrupted files in the 'user' files?
Not the files that steam uses as the main game folder but your configs etc?

I hope you find a way to fix it, sucks when you can't play a game you love :(

i once had the same problem of the game running in the background but not showing up on the taskbar or anything, i fixed it by deleting the mods folder and it started working again.

How would i find and fix the corrupted file. thanks for the help.
