if you aren't able to afford a game for ~20 bucks maybe you shouldn't spend your money on games in the first place

Don't get me wrong but here a normal salary gives you about 400$ . My most expensive purchase i did on a game was 30$ and that was because I had spare skins in my inventory.

If that's a normal salary than I can imagine that 20 euros is a big hit in your finances... I know how that feels like.
Definitely worth the purchase price if you like:
"I eat/sleep/dream of cars and trucks, I bleed oil!"
Car crash simulators
Games with built-in editors to create content.
Missions a'la carte
Just driving around or racing about with no objective or time limit
Enjoy modding games or just using mods
Want to haul pianos in a u-haul or box-truck until they're smashed to musical bits.
Want to throw pianos off buildings, cliffs, or just put them in the road for AI traffic to hit.
Want to support indie devs that closely work with the community (I can vouch) and will consider adding features you need if those features are conducive to having a better game
Like configuring a vehicle part by part if you don't take the easy route and use a preconfigured one (don't worry, there's plenty).
Make youtube videos showing mods or making mods/content
Make youtube videos of car crash compilations

It's like the 'Garry's Mod' of cars - how CAN'T that be fun???

I'm building a GTA sized city for the game, should be awesome when it's done. It's already a good ways along. So if you decide to join us, check out Los Injurus and my old Roane County map if you have time and a decent PC.

Pretty much this, except BeamNG is like 1000x more stable than Garry's Mod. Probably because it doesn't use the Crash Source engine. Even at normal price this game is a steal. Seriously.

Just buy it, i have over 1,000 hours for a reason.

I'd say that if you get more hours of it than the amount you paid for it it was worth it. I bought it for $25 and have just under 900 hours... I'd say it's worth it.

I paid full price and it was worth every cent and not many games are worth their full price nowadays. Other resellers often provide you with a key that's been purchased using a stolen credit card and whatnot that can cause complications for them and for you as well, just be patient and wait for the game to go on sale, the developers deserve the price you pay as there is no other project on the market as good as BeamNG.Drive
