Ehhh, kinda? There are a few scenarios where you race against AI cars, and there are tons of singleplayer scenarios and time trials you can play, but it's definitely not a full on racing game. I think freeroam is where this game really shines.

ye which kinda sucks ya know, i want like full on racing, playing sandbox is great but when you play too long, kinda feel boring, cause beamng has that soft body physic, buttttttttttttt it does not have racing mode, like racing against ai, then watching other car crashing against each other on the track, ahhh beautiful

There isn't a "dedicated" racing mode, but there are plenty of racing scenarios available as user-made content.

You can record yourself in-game and race against an AI that copies your old movements. Unlimited amount of cars at once, too

If you are really dedicated, you can get the ai to drive around the circuit and if you turn the ai aggression up, some decent(ish) racing can be had. when you find a track that you like, map editor (F11), head to the decal path editor, select all paths that connect to the desired track, and make sure that the drivability setting (found under pathfinding) is set to "-1". If you are using an old modded map, make sure that all roads on the desired track are set to 1 or above. From my limited experience, the higher the driveability, the faster the ai takes the corner. The ai won't notice you but it should drive around the track like you want. If the ai refuses to drive around the circuit in the right direction, it may think that there is a dead end. If that happens double check that the path is setup right. If you finish, you may wan't to save what you have done, if so, save it under the mods folder. It wont be there as soon install the game, you will need to make it here "Documents/BeamiNG.Drive/mods". Doing so will allow you to turn it on or off if you want to. This all might not work though, do so at your peril.

Wreckfest may be more your pace. It doesn't have a free-roam mode, but it does have soft-body physics and an extensive race made. Or you could get BeamNG and then extend your playing time by building your own cars for it :3
