Can't change Rim color on Burnside

I've been trying to replace the color of the Burnside Specials Rims (Making them Red instead of the body color) and I've tried about everything, can anybody help?

I don't think you can, the only rim colours avaliable is grey, black and body colour

I don't believe they're changeable other than the options in the parts menu.
