Adjusting the first person/driver camera
I can't find a way to adjust the position of the first person/driver camera. Only FOV and angle. Please either help me to find where it is, or @developers please implement it. Look at how Dirt: Rally does it.

You need to check a box to unlock the seat adjustments.
List of keys is shown on the same menu.

Wow thanks. I would never have expected it to be a checkbox in a menu, that it isn't just bound and enabled by default, and that these specific camera control bindings aren't shown in the controls-camera tab.

They are actually in the Options > Controls > Camera.
They are the same bindings that free-camera uses:

They were also enabled by default in 0.14, but some people were confused because they switched their driving to WASD, without changing the camera keys to something different, causing conflicts. As you will probably adjust the seat one/two times per vehicle, we decided to have it disabled by default, so you can enable it when you need it.

I think it would be best to have them bound (and enabled) to the numpad numbers along with the FOV and angles. That or have a key to enable a clickable/controller compatible UI screen from where you can adjust the view, like in Euro Truck Simulator 2. https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/images/14/jul/ets2seat.jpg/RPSS/resize/760x-1/format/jpg/quality/70
