disable engine simulation (indestructible engine)?

It is cool but I'd like to continue driving my car until geometry makes it impossible. Also many mods have instant overheating problem. I know it should not be even considered a problem but it would be nice to have an option to disable engine damage

Wouldn't really be a realistic physics driving sim then though would it? Rag it till' it conks out Can't do it on the roads (and wouldn't want to) so just hit the 'insert' button on the keyboard and do it again! Enjoy it for what it is mate ;) All the best
