How do you download a mod from world of mods?

I just want to know the steps of how to, because when i try my self it just dosent work. I know that World of mods isnt that good of a website to be getting vechicals off of but i just want them for the looks. So thanks for all the helpA

you dont, world of mods often have mods that have viruses in them, if you want mods go to the official forums

I also would never download anything from WOM. I downloaded one just to see and scanned it with Malwarebytes and it reported there was a trojan in the zip.

All you will ever need is on the in game repository and forums. Everything on WOM is a virus infected 'meshslap'.

But if you really want to install a WOM mod, although I don't recommend it at all, you need move the zip from your downloads to documents/beamng.drive/mods/repo.

remember: NEVER UNZIP THE MOD. you are almost gauranteed to get a virus from a WOM mod

There used to be a virus free way to download from there but they changed the method to a way that gives you a virus. Plus most of it is pretty much crap that deforms bad, has bad texture quality, missing textures, and are mostly mesh slaps, and if you find one that has it's own node placement and isn't on the official site, it most likely is a stolen private mod.
