for me the problem is that I can only retract and extend the bed on it but I cant lower or raise it H and Y doesn't do anything

...what bed? Are you referring to the rollback mod? If so, I think that's broken.

It's not rollback mod but similiar as the mod but this time its official from BeamNG that just came with update today

If you have mods, please disable all of them, and then reset your bindings (Options > Controls > Reset All). If you had old bindings from a mod, they could have been conflicting.

Then check again.
