Your wheel is tested to be working, but unfortunately we have no information about the FFB on it.
(We do not have that specific model to test)
While the wheel does have a power plug, it only rotates the wheel to center position. I'd rather have it off.
You were talking about "settings for the wheel". Is it a special program for it? I can not find any drivers or such for it. I'd like to know more!
Once you get force feedback working in other games, then you can attempt to make it work in BeamNG.drive. Back in late 2015, after various changes to our ffb system, there was at least one user who reportedly got FFB to work [ https://www.beamng.com/threads/no-ffb-for-momo-wheel-0-4-2.16078/ ] so it should now still be working correctly. If at this point you are still unable to make it work, let us know.
Force feedback seems to be working, although I don't know if it is at realistic values. (I actually never have driven a real car).
At first I didn't even know this wheel had ffb so i'm quite surprised
