what do you mean by welded differential? I couldn't find any differential at all in the part selector
then the spinning out part is just a matter of not panicking and smashing brakes or accelerator when it happens so I guess it's practice

Basically a welded differentials makes both wheel spin at the same speed.
In-game differentials are found as sub-part of the suspensions.
