How to put the dummy in the driver's sit??

You have to download a mod which adds such a dummy to the game, (I think its called 'stig') and then you have to go into the vehicle config menu and select the stig as a part from there.

Get this mod.
Vehicles that are supported from this mod will have an 'Additional Modification' part in their Parts Selector. From there you can choose to add a driver/passenger.

Unless they updated the mod, adding passengers other than the driver has them all spawning in the driver seat. It works fine with just a driver.
