Crash sounds too loud?

Sometimes I like to watch some youtube videos or just listen to music playing in the background while doing BeamNG stuff, but usually the crash sound is wayy too loud, and when I turn down the volume, the vehicle's engine sound is almost too quiet to hear.
Basically, the crash sound effects are much louder than engine sound effects, or anything else in general. Is it just me, or is this a general thing?
And if possible, can there be a "crash sound effect" volume slider in the future?

Car crashes are pretty loud in reality too, compared to the engine sound.

May you post a video of what you hear, so I can tell if that's normal or not?

Never actually heard a car crash in reality, I guess drivers in my town are very careful, so I cant really tell.

I sadly still dont have any programs required to record such video, but Ill take your word that crash sounds are intended to be louder than the engine.

This is also only a rather minor inconvenience I have when listening to music or other videos, as the crash sound will burst my ears if I set the volume high enough to hear the engine. Ill just deal with it.

Uhh so this was made in 2018 but like, did you ever figure out how to fix it?
Im having that same problem right now, and its really annoying. I wanna hear my cars engine, but I also dont want ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ earrape I get whenever I barely scrape a wall.

I think nowadays you can just adjust crash/other FX audio seperately from your engine sound, either that or the crash sound isn't loud enough to bother me anymore since the Automation sound revamp
