Some mods have no sound or broken one?

So I have latest version. I downloaded Satsuma 210, Gavril Bandit, and Hirochi Prasu.

Hirochi prasu's sound cuts off frequently as if it's stopping playing, Satsuma 210 has no sound and so doesn't Gavril Bandit.. what's up with that? I tried clean reinstall.

All those mods uses custom sounds IIRC, they may have become outdated.
More likely they need to be updated by their author.
