How can i decrease ui fps? After update cpu usage raises to 100% and ui is freezing. Game fps is normal. i5 2500K 4.3
Workarround worked with me. small PSA Tho: the file is gamesettings.ini insted of settings.ini
Is there any chance the cef gui will be replaced with something..less breaky and bloaty..in the future?
The new update with these sounds, the new car and the other stuff is fantastic! Big praise to the developers.
It's so funny to drive with the new eSBR on the improved Italy-map. I personal think, that this game is a "must have" for everybody.
Is it only for me that the HUD is after the sound a little?

Resetting vehicle at time of impact causes permanent damage to vehicle:

Crashed the new eSBR4, reset the vehicle just as the impact occured. Most windows smashed on the vehicle due to the speed of impact, after reset the smashed glass damage persisted.

Tested without mods, took a couple of tries but same result.

Damage would only correctly reset when I smashed it into a wall doing 100 to totally ruin it.

This glitch is not new, it has been in the game for quite a while if I remember correctly.
The game is completely broken for me since the latest update, text is corrupted and levels will not load.

New sounds are great! Always a nice help to immersion.
0.16.x performance is 50~60 % of what 0.15.x performance was.
Completely destroyed the smooth FPS in my city, too.
There's also a microstutter about once every second that wasn't in the last version. I restarted the game and it's still there, it makes it next to unplayable.
I use this for audio production sometimes, so I can vouch that this machine is very low latency and doesn't have micro-stutter in any other app.
Will be reverting to 0.15.x so I can continue my project, thankfully I backed it up two weeks ago.

That's unfortunate, we are currently looking into why this is happening for some users.

2560x1440p resolution

I cleared the cache, even reinstalled the game this problem persists and only exists since the last update and only in this game.

I saw some youtube vids of planes being flown in BeamNG, yet there's no mention of planes in it here at Steam, what gives?

I love the new update.. the new electric car is great..

I wonder though.. seems like the acceleration from stop is just a bit hard.

I cannot seem to maintain any speed other than over 15mph.

Car seems to shoot up to 15mph as soon as you hit the accelerator, impossible to keep at say 5 or 10 ..

Logitech G920 wheel with shifter and pedals.

Is this how the a real electric car accelerates.. if so .. I'll stay far away.

Real electric cars have full torque at every and any rpm range, so yeah, they can be prutal if performance minded. Which is fun tbh.
I also think it should be smoothed out a bit. It's not linear at all. It does kinda jump from 0-15 then slow right down. At full throttle yes deploy all the torque but not at 2% on pull away
