Am I the only one who finds Hirochi SBR4 to be VERY ugly car?
For some reason the rear of this car (coupe like), is very badly designed.. it feels so out of place to me... like this car doesn't seem to have much design thought put into it. The side lines are so out of place and it kinda makes me doubtful taht anyone would release such ugly car (well besides Aztek and Multipla) to the masses... I suppose Hirochi is kinda like Toyota or Mitsubishi..

Their cars are usually pretty, but SBR4 is so freaking ugly. Personally I'd not make it a coupe.. and make it maybe a high-power sedan or something... or if you really want to make it a sports-car, look at Toyota GT86, Hell new Toyota Supra looks better than SBR4..

In my honest opinion, the rear needs to be raised and the roof needs to be more curved, and more like here:

Devs, what do you think? Wouldn't it look better with more chunky rear?

This is a screenshot of eSBR4. The roof is too square compared to the rest of the car, and the rear of it is too low for sports car. These types of cars don't have many hard square shapes, or straight lines, because they want to be more aerodynamic and have better curvy flow to it, and this design is just completely backwards.

There's zero flow to the design of it.

It looks like a coupe wannabe, but the whole design doesn't work together to make a presentable vehicle, it's too straight, no real curves to it... has too many conflicting shapes... I'd make roof curvier (and slightly lower), make the front glass slightly more flat so it is more aerodynamic, (flatten it down a little), and raise the rear (making it slightly chunkier).

Hey these are only my observations. This is one and only car that is so god ugly, I don't even want to drive it.

Frankly, best designed car is newer Ibishu Pessima. It looks very believable to me for a 90's sedan, has very natural look to it. I would personally drive it any day over SBR4 if I was given choice to drive either in real life. Other cars are good too like LeGran, Moonhawk, Barstow, and all Gavril cars. They are all well designed. Except this... whatever this is...

The body style of the sbr is called shooting brake.

As stated, it's not a coupe, it's a shooting brake.

The SBR is actually quite an interesting vehicle. It's the only vehicle in the entire game not to take any major styling cues from real life vehicles. Some people say it's Japan's answer to Porche, as it is a rear engined sports car, however it has a very 'Subaru' engine.

It's really a love/hate kinda car. Originally I really disliked it, however it has since had major improvements made, most notably the widened body making it look heaps better. It's kinda grown on me overtime.

I find it quite interesting, although I wish the developers added some lore to it, rather than having to guess ourselves :)

I actually agree with Crimson on that one. Started of disliking it but it has grown on me too. Still apretiate that you brought it up, as I have now learned what a shooting break body is. Thanks buddy, good luck on learning to love the SBR, it's an amazing vehicle after all.

I thought it was beautiful but the new eSBR is a little bit ugly...

Imo it's not a pretty car, but if people like it, that's fine. I would have raised the rear tho.. imo its ugly but i can't argue.

Kinda of. My guess is that the SBR4 is a 2+2 car. Perharps we'll get a 2 seater SBR2 coupe
