Game keeps launching on my second monitor

i have to drag the window onto my main monitor before it gose into full screen, or it will go full screen on my second monitor, or it will go windowed in the middle of both monitors

Another thing to note: launching the game like 5 mins ago made my PC blue screen, the game froze up my brand new GPU.

Edit: it also reset the game data, it reset my graphic settings and asked me if i wanted to enable online features, but i kept all my mods i had previuosly. and now i can run higher settings at higher frame rates, im super confused right now.

Kinda, the solution worked for a little bit, but now it keeps going for my second monitor, and when it dose it turns my main monitor turn black

So:
- Is the correct monitor select inside the game's options?
- Did you try, like said in the other thread, to switch the game to windowed mode, move it to the correct monitor, and close it?

If you do both of those correctly, the game will keep opening on that correct monitor.
If you delete your settings, it will default to whatever Windows main monitor is.

Yeah i tryed all that but its still doing it.
Its not a big deal but its annoying

Sometimes Windows give the game the wrong monitor order.
Try to instead select the 'wrong' monitor in the in-game settings, and do the rest again.

it sound stupid and simple but alot of people miss it if you click detect monitors it will give the a highlighted number 1 or 2 or 3 depends if you have that many or even if you stream to a cell phone? I play a Star Citizen and I have a App so I can use my Samsung S4 as a Control panel and have forgoten! It also matter how they are placed in the settings window! if 1 monitor is to the right of number 2 monitor? I have messed with thins so much trying to have a old 19 inch monitor as my Insturments panel in DCS World Flight simulator.
Sorry for going on and on there are also lots of free programs on the internet. this is one i have used https://sourceforge.net/projects/dualmonitortool/
