Modded cars not showing up

I downloaded some modded cars (Patty Wagon for example) and i cannot for the life of me find them. I know i installed it right because other modded cars show up. If anyone knows a fix please let me know.

When using mods, you need to make sure that:
- The mod you want to use is still compatible with the current version of the game
- The mod is not too old, or it may be straight outdated or not work anymore
- The mod is properly packed (If the mod is very old, or comes from another websites, it's probably packed wrongly)

i have that happen befor to me a lot time when it does is becuse the game crash when the car downlouding they will show up that they are install when they are not

I dont have any issues with the game crashing it just wont show up and im not sure what you mean by when the car is downloading do you mean the ingame mod browser or downloading and moving them manually?

I dont have any issues with the game crashing it just wont show up

The patty wagon, for example is an old old old, mod, (relased in 2013) There is a high chance that the mod just doesn't work anymore and the files got messed up.
