Changing ride height

What settings would i change to make the ride height of a car to be taller.

You first need to be using a vehicle or 'Suspension' parts that has the ability to be modified like that.

Usually the offroad suspensions (On the D-Series, Roamer and so on) have that setting, and can be found under the 'Tuning' menu

will all cars have this setting in a future update or no?

Well, it would depend if the car has a type of suspension that can be tuned.
You won't be finding that tuning setting in a standard/normal type of suspension for example.

Race suspension has the ability to be changed in height. install both, and then look for Tuning -> suspension-> Ride height
