World of Mods worth it?

I always hear bad things about World of Mods vehicles for this game but the problem is, the original BeamNG.Drive mods page doesn't have that many cars to download. World of Mods has a ton of sweet looking cars. Are they really worth it? What are the pros and cons of World of Mods?

No, it's not worth, well yes there are more cars but it's quantity>quality, on BeamNG forum you have better made cars/mods in general, some mods on WoM can even have viruses

Do not use world of mods. They use .exe files to install mods. Many are bundled with viruses and more. Don't use it

The problem with WOMS is sure they have nice looking Cara but, that's just it, they look nice but crash like horrible

I think thats really just because alot of the mods there are cars ported from other games. Forza's pretty common. No actual work really goes past that except throwing them on a simple jbeam. The people who know what they're doing with modding and put work into their mods, tend to hang around the official website. There's no real reason not to get mods from there

Yeah, I ended up downloading a few World of Mods cars just to see what it was all about. They we're complete and utter crap. I don't understand why that site is even still operating? All the mods are low qaulity and or stolen.

No, this will be a waste of space and time because the mods have a ton of bugs. It also does not activate even though beamng says it activated no matter if you repack the mod

If you want a selection of cars try server hopping on beammp. There are tons of cars/parts/maps you can't find elsewhere and the outdated/broken mods are already weeded out for you.

It's a SCAM SITE. The mods have poor meshes that often lead to malware. It should NOT be trusted AT ALL. I highly recommend avoiding this site. If you want to get the mods, just go to either https://www.beamng.com/resources/ and MAKE SURE you have your antivirus INSTALLED.

Ah yes modland, that site that repeatedly gives you a bunch of cp with your mod.
