How to add & use Multiseat
I have seen people like Neilogical and other youtubers use Multiseat. But I have never seen any specific tutorial. Any sort of way to use it? Is it local multiplayer (1 Computer) or an online thing?

Local, have a controller plgged in and go to settings > gameplay > "Use multiseat for this session" and make sure you're in orbit camera.

Yep, the keyboard and controller control seperate cars

No, sadly. It'd make you render two different screens and most PC's cant handle it. Its one camera on two cars.

In the latest update in particular, we added a specific camera mode that will make it easier to use.
It will activate automatically if you spawn more than 1 car and have multiseat enabled:

trying to use multiseat with parsec for demo derbys and its only allowing 5 people to switch to their cars. its like theres a setting limiting it? have ran off other people and it allows 14 people to switch.
