How to delete cars within the Garage>"My Cars" list?

Go to Documents/BeamNG.Drive/vehicles and delete the .PC files corresponding to the configurations you want to remove.

Yes, I've read this recommendation before in the forums but mods must do something special.

There are zero files in my 'vehicles' folder yet my game still shows this. Help.

Well, if a mod also contains 'configurations', then they will appear.
You need to remove the mod that contains that configuration if you do not want them showing.
