But we do have automatic mod installation methods.

its basicly, download the mod, and drop it into the mod folder, its not to hard.
If steam workshop was to be introduced, then people who play it on steam might be abe to install mods that other cant, + there is a big chance that the mods that would be featured in the workshop would be low quality rather than what's to be found on the "mods" section of www.beamng.com
