is there a way to fix the internal parts without fixing the body?

is there a way to fix the individual parts like engine and driveshaft and but leave the external body damaged? Is there a mod for this? Is there anything similar to this apart from repairing the vehicale completely.

Depending on the kind of damage, the Save / Load feature can help.

It will Save/Load the structural status of the vehicle, so stuff like overheating engine is not taken into account. Although for stuff like a broken driveshaft (which is an actual structural thing) it will probably persists.

Is there a way to only repair only the suspension and not the BODY, i like to drive a beaten up car.. but not if its missing (or severly deformed) suspension.
