In particular, how much RAM does it have?
(And how much available RAM does it have before starting the game? - Check in the Task Manager)
Again, I didn't get this problem until that 0.10 hotfix. I'm a standard user, so I can't use Speccy to show my specs. If I did, I would show them.
What could've caused it? And can there be another hotfix to fix this issue?
I uploaded a screenshot.

Also, what exact GPU do you have?
64-Bit OS
Dad tried running the game on his computer (AMD Radeon with 8GB RAM 64-Bit Windows 10), and he also got this issue. I guess the game is just broken or something.
Voltage must match the existing set, Mhz must match your existing set, and CAS latency must match the existing set that's in there. This will only work if you have FOUR ram slots with TWO occupied by your 2+2gb RAM now. IF you have 4x1gb sticks or have only TWO ram slots, you'll only be able to REPLACE your existing RAM (can sell the old set though or add it into another PC that is compatible). 8gb of ram isn't terribly expensive, and adding it to your existing set will give you 12gb. You will just have to make sure one 2gb and one 4gb stick is on each channel, so that you can still do dual channel mode.
You can even do dual channel with 3 sticks if ONE of the RAM sticks is double the size of the other two, just make sure you put the two smaller size sticks on one channel, and the lone larger size RAM module on the other channel (my AM3+ 970 chipset AMD board in a spare machine supports this, most do). So if you only have 20~30$ for a single 4gb stick, and you put that in your pc, if you put them in the correct slots, you can still have dual channel mode with 3 sticks.
This leaves the option to pick up another 4gb stick later on as money allows, move some around, and keep dual channel mode on. Dual channel allows you to access memory twice as fast.
8gb for gaming is minimum, 12~16gb for a 3 cars and a big map or a small map and up to 3 vehicles (limited by cpu to 3) might use around 6gb. Having the AI milling about controlling a few vehicles, can eat up ram quickly, as can using INS.
I have 16gb of ram here and I frequently crash out from out-of-ram scenarios, even when IT'S NOT USING ALL THE SYSTEM RAM! (66% ram use usually = crash).
Always says like 'couldn't allocate 1.5mb free memory block' or something to the effect in log...
Without enough ram in games, games will hitch up or frequently slow down especially open-world games. In Beamng.drive not enough RAM means you'll crash to the desktop.
Ram is decently priced on Amazon. Save up for black friday sales this year in about 2~3 months or whenever as they always have RAM on sale SOMEWHERE.
Wash the dishes, paint the dog, walk the bushes, prune the house, sweep the yard or mow the floor... something to earn money!
*Please reference your motherboard manual online to see what the largest RAM module size is, and the required speed / voltage / timing, etc.
Some AM2+ boards may not support 4gb per stick if they are DDR2 boards.
Example: My mother's ancient-but-boots-Win10-in-4-seconds Athlon II / 760G chipset ASROCK board supports 2gb per stick and has 4 slots so the max is only 8gb.
If you have DDR3, most all DDR3 boards support 4gb sticks, some (like for example, boards for AMD FX chips, AM3+) support 8gb sticks.
Computer shops may have some used RAM they can let go cheap if you know your specs. Also can look on Craigslist (have your parent do it if under-age).
4gb of ram is simply not enough. You need 16 for games like this. Also you say radeon but radeo what? 390? 390x? 4 series? I had 390's in crossfire and even on a single card this game had some performance issues, now on a single 980 TI hybrid (sold my 390's during hte mining craze and made a tone of money) and have zero issues.
