Arcade transmission issues
I've noticed that when in Arcade mode, transmissions will redline and hold it there for what feels like forever before finally shifting up a gear. I mean, it will hold it at the redline for sometimes 5 seconds for literally no reason. It's an issue with automatic trans cars as well. Sometimes it'll also shift way too early for no real reason. Instead of letting it redline, it'll shift up at 3000 RPM or something similarly stupid. Why are the transmissions acting so badly? Is this just me or is it a common issue?

Is this your same issue?

The 0.10 update introduced a sort of 'dynamic shifting point' feature, that checks how much the accelerator is pressed.
ie. If you go full pedal, the game will shift at higher RPM, to adapt to the aggressive driving.
ie2. If you don't go full pedal, the game will shift earlier, to keep RPM low and adapt to a more relaxed driving (cruising).

Looks like the guys already did some changes, so expect them for the next update/hotfix.

That sounds EXACTLY like what it is. It's like the dynamic shift points arent so dynamic, as if they only work for 8k RPM engines. Its trying to rev to a higher RPM even though the engine only goes to 6. Thanks, I'll keep an eye on that.
