Then just spawn another vehicle, so that you have two.
Now, each 'device' will controls a car.
ie. one uses a keyboard, the other uses a controller/wheel or even smartphone with our 'remote control app'.
In the scenarios that supports multiseat (like the derby ones), just assign your controller to the car you want from the dedicated screen you see before starting that scenario.
The game will use that camera automatically if you spawn more than 1 vehicle, and have Multiseat enabled in Options > Gameplay.
You also must be in 'Orbit' camera mode.
It's not possible to do that (yet)
