Camera Rotating Automaticallly Fix?
My Camera on my vehicle keeps rotating itself and I can't figure out how to stop it. When I hold right click to rotate freely it starts moving slowly by itself while I try to move it. Even when not trying to rotate my camera it rotates by itself still. Is there any fix to this please, thankyou.

Are you using a controller?
If so, please check that your right-thumbstick has enough deadzone, or it may be registering some input.

Also double-check that your bindings in general are correct (Like, you haven't accidentally added a wrong binding to the camera | You need to tick the 'List Advanced' box in the Controls menu to see the full camera controls)

Reset all my bindings and my Controller isn't plugged into my pc and its still rotating the camera. Is there a secret option possibly triggering this to happen?

No secret option for that.
So, it starts when you hold right-click.
But does it continue after you release right-click?

Could you take a screenshot of 'Options > Hardware' (after you replicated the problem) ?
Also, a Support ID could be useful ( https://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#A_developer.2Fsupport_contact_asked_me_to_submit_a_.27Support_Request.27._How_do_I_do_that.3F )

Yes it rotates when holding down right click and when not. For some reason I don't have hardware? Or maybe I'm looking at it wrong. http://prntscr.com/fzrlae
You must've binded right-click to rotate camera by accident. Enable advanced controls in the controls menu and get rid of it.

Right click to rotate camera is default, plus I resetted the settings and tried and still rotates itself.

My bad, I meant 'Controls > Hardware'.
And Support ID please.

nadeox, he meant the auto rotate whenever you go forward or backwards.
y'know, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ chase camera.

The thread has not received replies since 2017.
I suppose he solved it already.
Ive always had this issue controller or keyboard mouse. Sometimes its fine, sometimes its extremely annoying.

This is an old thread, but I post my experience:
literally the "Scroll Lock" key was somehow accidentally activated on my keyboard ‒ when I deactivated it and fully restarted BeamNG, poof, the problem is gone! 😊
So, always make sure the "Scroll Lock" light is always off on the keyboard (even if the key itself is not binded)! 😉
