Collisions not working on custom model
I made some models of speedway banking and I'm trying to make them work in BeamNG. The model shows up fine in the editor, but in game there is no collisions on my models. I can't find out why. I used 2d planes in Blender for the speedway model. I tried making them 3d but it still doesn't make the collisions work. I've also tried making collision meshes with the Blender template on the BeamNG website, but I can't get that to work either. I made a simple cube as a test for the collisions and that works fine, but even just straightaways for the speedway which are long rectangular shapes don't have any collision. I appreciate any help I can get.

In the editor, select your object, and in the side-panel make sure the 'Collision' is set to the 'Visible Mesh' (unless you set up a dedicated Collision Mesh)

I tried using visible mesh in the editor but it still doesn't work. I've tried completely remaking the models too. Sometimes I get weird results such as straightaways having collisions, but not the turns.

Can you send the .dae file of the model you are having problems with please?
Ok I'll set up a link.

You have a problem in the model:

These faces are inverted. You need to flip the normals so that they face the correct way.

Then you did not apply the Rotation and Scale to the model:

You can do that by pressing CTRL+A:

Fixed everything, re-exported:

And it works correctly:

In short:
- Always apply Rotation/Scale
- Always make sure your faces are facing the correct way
Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it.
