It will make your PC think that the monitor native resolution is higher than it should be (Used for downscaling). You may want to turn it off.
Also, just setting the correct resolution in Options > Graphics, and closing the game correctly doesn't do it?
Where can I find Nvidia DSR?
You should see 'DSR Factors'. Just deselect them all.
If you use the Nvidia GeForce experience and apply the settings from there, it could turn it back on.
