(Useless by now) My mods automatically got uninstalled
Basically what the title says... I started the game and it took a little longer than it usually does and it also started a little slower then all of my mods were gone... I had 40-ish mods installed so i guess my PC/game couldn't handle it and just removed them? EDIT 1h later: I can't even install any mods now... It completely broke somehow

I already did... I tried clearing cache and verify integrity nothing helped... I also tried clean re-installing the whole game and again didn't help

The game never delete mods on it's own.

Go to Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods and see if the ZIPs are still there.
If no, something deleted them.
If yes, go in the in-game mod-manager and make sure your mods aren't just disabled.

The mods were still there but i removed all of them because i didn't know what to do anymore so yeah i'm guessing it just disabled them somehow because i didn't start in Safe mode...

And also i can't go into the mod manager in the start menu it just says ''Add mods'' even though i've installed new/other mods

The mod-manager is not available if no mods is present (It's quite useless to show an empty list).

Yeah i know but i just installed 3 car mods and it still says ''Add mods''

Describe, step-by-step how you installed those mods.
Terapi Jan 29, 2017 @ 4:17am
I'm pretty sure i installed them correctly but ok

Step 1. I found and downloaded them from the official website

Step 2. I put those ZIP's in Document's/BeamNG.Drive/mods

Step 3. I started the game here on steam then pressed the ''Start game'' button in the launcher

And i think that's about it

Yeah, that's about right.
It's important to keep the mod as ZIP, no extraction needed.

If the main menu still shows the 'Add Mods' button instead of the Mod-Manager, it means it's not seeing the mods at all.

Also, did you by any chance modified the default cache path (via the 'startup.ini' file in the game's directory?)

Link to those mods so I can check?
