Report a translation problem
Means that everything you spawned, gets saved with the level, and as soon you load it, those vehicles also gets loaded (The player vehicle won't be saved, as that's always depends on the spawnpoint you choose, and your default vehicle).
Note that this may affect scenarios, as those will load with your saved level aswell.
To undo that, you just have to go to Documents/BeamNG.drive/levels and delete the folder of the level you saved.

Going to assume it isn't possible in free roam
F11 > File > Save.
That will make the game load your saved level each time you load that map.
It's suggested NOT to save over original maps.
To delete a saved map, go to Documents/BeamNG.Drive/levels and delete the folder corresponding to that level, and the game will load the original instead.

this is not correct. Several have tried to make videos and write ups but not one single one is correct. This option you suggested does not work
