Try using safe mode, may be a mod.

yup seems to be some mod, which is really odd since the only mod for a D series i have is the highly popular configurations pack

Delete that mod and you're good to go! :P

Try deleting all your mods.

Just a tip: If there's a new update I recommend deleting all your mods and download them again if they get updated, just to be on the safe side.

Yes, that one and the Javielucho Mad pack.
In particular, older versions of those mods.

Clear Cache + Safe Mode and then removing the mod is required to fix.
