Breathing Room Quest bug

After reaching the plains I decided to double back to complete all teh side quests, but now it seems I can't continue the quest because despite finding Vefilu, I can't speak to her. She jsut stands there.

Is it because I already took out the RNA installation that is apparently part of the quest (I stumbled upon it and cleared it a while ago)? Is there any fix/skip? I mostly just hate that it locks me out of the memory painting at that location...

Yes, its gone. Many quests in the game are like that, so its important to do everything asap before pushing on main quests. The latter should always be last in order. Also - report this through ubi website. Locked quest is one thing, non active painting site hurts more.
