Ubisoft Login App/Platform?

Ubisoft produced this game..

Ever since Ubisoft launched their log-in Application (t'was when 'Sleeping Dogs' was still somewhat new) I haven't been able to play any of their games because their app doesn't recognize me. Their app says I don't have an account.

I have several Ubisoft games in my library that I've never played because of this app, and I'm not about to pay for another game that I will never be able to play.

That's why I'm asking you guys: ...
Can somebody tell me if we log into this awesome looking game ('Avatar') via the Ubisoft log-in app/platform?

PS. I did try to contact Ubisoft Customer- and Tech Service, but they never responded. I've also been installing some of their games from time to time, to see if things would change. I would install games I'd never been able to log into as well as games that I'd already completed, plus of course the game I was playing when I was cut out, 'Sleeping Dogs'. But nope, it is still the same! I still cannot play a good chunk of video games that I have paid for.

Sorry to hear that you have never been able to access your Ubisoft account where you activated purchased Ubisoft games.

We cannot resolve an account issue on a public forum, however, we could look at the errors you receive and try to suggest a solution.

As for the support cases, there are delays in responses, however, our support team answer all queries they receive. Have you submitted a support case recently?

Can you share with us a screenshot of what happens when you try to access Ubisoft Connect app?

And finally, yes, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora requires activation on a Ubisoft account, linking your Steam account with it and accessing Ubisoft Connect launcher.

Sleeping Dogs is not Ubisoft game, it is from Square Enix.
You mean Watch Dogs ?
