A Hidden Weakness glitch

I'm stuck in the main quest "A Hidden Weakness" quest where I have to meet with the resistance at the command center.

When I go there, nothing triggers, everybody is around the table. I reinstalled the game, check the files through Steam, did other quests, etc. Nothing works.

I can't believe the game is still broken after more than a year from the release.

Last game I buy from Ubisoft.

Known and reported bug from over a year ago, which usually attacks people who reload game right before doing that quest. People came up with their own solution: join someone elses session, do the quest together, go back to your own game and confirm skipping.

I know nobody playing Avatar so I can't try the coop solution :-/ and I mean... it has been reported since a year and still not fixed...

Edit : I decided to complete side quests to see if anything helps. Some quests did nothing, but after completing the Ore Processor Alpha base, I turned back to the hideout and the cinematic triggered. Seems fixed for now.
