Creeping moss still non-harvestable

I cant harvest creeping moss at the upper planes where the exquisite spawn. Very annoying as this has been an issue for awhile now and has been reported previously back in July.

Creeping Moss unharvestable

While trying to collect creeping moss, every node I found was non-intractable. I searched every rock pillar on the plains. Some had butterfly circling them but every node was yellow green.

I too am having this problem, I have spent over 3 hours trying to get the moss but almost all of them do not give you the ability to gather it.

Creeping moss still unharvestable =(

Why hasn't this been fixed yet? I have spent the vast majority of my night searching for creeping moss I can harvest. Almost every single one of them has no option to allow harvesting. What is going on??
