Cannot start game after Feb 13th update
I have not been able to properly start my game since the 13th. It sits with a black screen, and stutters with visual overlay glitches. I can't even reach the main menu. It doesn't even reach the safety/health warning. Looks like we're suffering a possible memory leak as well sitting at 4.8 GB of RAM, which in the past has not been the case.

I have done the following;

- Rebooted my computer
- Verified game files
- Verified that I still have the game on my Ubisoft account
- Checked that I do not have any programs running in the background that would interfere. (the one program I'm running is also on my husband's computer, and he's able to play the game as we speak.)

I am running the game on above the minimum recommendations, and on a proper SSD. Please assist.

Heard that recent nvidia driver (windows) can be very tricky. Also theres something going on with windows 11, its update. It doesnt seem to be a global problem at least - reddit and facebook arent exactly drowning in reports. But at the same time its hard to say whats what when latest update (and basically every other) lacks details. No changelogs or anything that people could use.

Hi CorrinaClarise! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues starting Frontiers of Pandora after the recent update. Thank you for letting us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried already. Could you please ensure that the game, Steam and Ubisoft Connect are all installed on the same drive, and try any of the following troubleshooting steps[ubi.li] you haven't tried already, such as running the game with admin rights[www.ubisoft.com] and updating your drivers. Please let me know whether this helps!

I have to run it through Admin to get it to run in the first place, and have to run Steam as an admin at the same time for it to get to the main menu full time. It just started doing this glitch since the update. I went through the troubleshooting pages completely as of this morning. I updated my graphics driver, and it still won't load at all. Even tried deactivating overlays. Is there a Discord or something I can reach you through to send images of what's going on, to assist in diagnosis?

Thank you!

My husband somehow managed to get my game working (even he has no idea what he did), but I have a family member coming to look at my computer to make sure it's not on my end. Meanwhile I will share images of what was happening, in case it's something that's on the development end.

I did notice this myself as well. Found it somewhat frustrating too. I did find three other North American reports on Reddit about this same problem, but it took a couple days for them to show up. I blame the algorithm because the posts were almost the same age as this one. My Windows updated about four weeks ago, and my Nvidia updated shortly after, and between then and the 13th I didn't have any issues. It wasn't until after the 13th that I started having issues, hence why I suspect it was something in the update that went awry. Regardless, I am ruling out every possibility I possibly can.

And thank you for being up to helping! Your team is one of the few that actually reaches out to your consumers, and that's something I've never had, so I greatly appreciate it.
