Can this not be played with a controller?
With either my Xbox Elite 2 or Dualsense, the game seems to induce a right stick drift, pulling the stick up and to the left. I got past the intro but was barely able to modify my character. Once in the game, the camera just stares at the sky and spins.

I've restarted my PC, made sure the Elite controller was calibrated... what else can I try?

Have you tried going into 'Steam - Settings - Controller' and downloading the 'XBox Extended Steam Support Feature'?

Not having any issues with my XBox 360 controller (wired) plugged into my PC, so maybe downloading that driver might fix some issues for you?

Hey decreebass,

Thank you for kindly reaching out, sorry to hear with 2 controllers you encounter stick drift.

Can I first check if the steps Malum In Se has kindly shared helped? These are great steps to ensure your controller is reacting as intended.

If this persists, to rule out some common causes would it be possible to please try the following steps?

• Install Ubisoft Connect and the game on the same drive as your OS
• End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
• All of the troubleshooting steps in this article: https://ubi.li/e4DRO

Any trouble, just let us know

So, as it turns out, it was one of my VR controllers (which was hanging on the wall) that I had plugged in to charge causing the issue. I guess it was leaning in just the right way to move the right stick. Once I unplugged the controller, I was perfectly able to play. Sorry, forgot to update here, but the issue is resolved. Thank you!
