you can still use fsr3 frame gen if you wish though
Frame gen creates fake frames, to gives perception its higher frame rate, basically better alternative to motion blur as they as the image will be crisper and more detailed in motion, and feels smoother.
But frame gen is only good if your already getting base 60+ FPS before frame gen is applied.
If you don't have the base 60+ FPS then your controls will get very floaty, your response times will get worse, so those slick fast headshots will become vastly more difficult, and on top of that your more likely to get weird visual artifacting, and possible see things that are not even there.
Worse still it makes you 'real' FPS worse, eg if your running 45 FPS base, when you turn on Frame Gen then your 'real' FPS will be approx 40 FPS, you Frame Gen will maybe be about 60 FPS, meaning 20 out the 60 frames are fake.

If you want worse game play that's your choice.
But the point of higher FPS is faster more precise response and control precision, frame gen does the opposite of that.
I played ghosts of tsushima with frame gen and worked perfectly fine for me, thats why I was asking if this game have it too, I dont mind about latency and all that since I play singleplayers with pad and with the framerate locked to 120 fps.
But OP here is simply asking if the game has frame generation or not, and he already has an answer...
My opinion or others are irrelevant... Not everything has to be a debate...
Quite common problem, even with Nvidia 40 series frame gen, almost every game I tried it the game gets unstable and higher tendancy to CTD
Worse thing is some games started to force it
