BUG, can't pick food from budding watcher

In fact I think it's a problem with every food container if your food wheel has all places occupied. The blue dot remains, you get nothing on the first try and you can't interact with the basket again.
Same happens with other food containers if you intersect with them already full.
And mine is frequently filled with those unsavoury RDA ration bags.

Suggestion: Make those baskets/containers not interactable like you do to other type containers with the red message, you bag if full, you can't take more food.

Also, is this why budding watchers are not showing as complete in my map? Are my achievements regarding this botched beyond repair?
