What up with the new pach coming on Steam? No patch update notes given.

Last update was 13 feb. Steam may also download synchronization stuff regularly - in this case up to 260mb.

I don't think it was synchronization. I had the same nearly 700MB update. A note would've been nice, but Ubisoft has their hands full with the flaming company and all that.
