Can somebody explain me the cash shop?

Not only why is there in a full buy to play game, or why the skins are not included for gold editions.

But specially, if those skins and weapons are obtainable ingame, or if the currency to buy the stuff is only paid or earnable ingame. In conclusion, how fair is this cash shop in the game?

Ive seen no complains anywhere so it shouldnt be predatory, right?

As I see it now, its a source of content that I cant access if I dont pay additionally, which isnt that great.

There's an NPC in game at the first major clan that sells the cash shop stuff for a special currency, this currency can be gotten via doing challenges(basically small themed quests) that can then be spent on a weekly(some might be daily) choice of up to 3 cosmetics or 2 Blade Wing Moths.

The bead currency is fairly useless, which i think is a good thing. It mildly promotes the Ubi challenges and a potential cash grab. The available contents, though, are just cosmetics, and the occassional rarity tier upgrade of some raw materials. The latter seems pointless beyond earlygame, as it yields inferior base stats on the materials. So I happily ignored all of that.
