Selecting Items off the Food Wheel

I just started the game and changed some keybindings with my keyboard and mouse. I mapped the Home key for my Food Wheel. When I press that Food Wheel key, it brings up the wheel and I can move my mouse around to highlight an item. However, it says to press F to select. I can't do that because my hands are occupied. I would think I could just click on the food item to select, but no. I can't figure out how to remap the "F key" to make it easier for me to select a food item. It sound so stupid, but it's driving me crazy. Any ideas? I looked all though the keybindings and that particular selection isn't there.
