If you are having issues playing the new DLC.

So I saw that some people have issues with the dlc and I will try to give an answer on most problems.
Step 1: own the dlc or season pass
Step 2: install the update of the game
Step 3: install the dlc from the store
REQUIREMENTS TO START THE DLC
own the season pass or dlc
Complete the main story all the way until you faced mercer

If you coop with a partner they need the same requirements if they didn't finish the main or don't own the dlc in one way or another you can't coop.
You can always try to restart your platform if the above didn't work.
Worst case trying to reinstall the game might also work.
Please check the photos for added explanations

Thank you. I am having issues on console where I have the initial quest to kick it off, then it wants to send me to the store, though I own the DLC and Season pass, and downloaded/installed the 15GB update yesterday. Long finished the Mercer mission, the only story quest left is Celebration Mural one (which is having it's own issues saying I need prerequesites to finish)

We are aware of an issue with accessing The Sky Breaker story pack on Xbox & Playstation. We are currently investigating a permanent fix. In the meantime, you can follow the steps below for a potential workaround:

- go to the game's add-on page on the Xbox or PlayStation Store
- find "Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora™ - The Sky Breaker"
- download the story pack - this will be a separate update from the one you previously received

Afterwards, The Sky Breaker story pack should be accessible in-game.

As soon as we have more updates, we will let you know.

in Ubisoft connect, we have the season pass.
When joining the coop session the requirements "If you coop with a partner they need the same requirements if they didn't finish the main or don't own the dlc in one way or another you can't coop." pop up.
1 of us didn't finished the story in "his" world. We finished the game together in "my" world. Is that the problem?
