Missing ikran default skin 04
I have already finished the main story quests and obtain 1,2,3,5 ikran skin but can't find a way to get that last one. Any solutions?

I just got this one. It was in a container on one of the highest sky islands.

Unfortuantely no. I got it right after I got my ikran and met the person right after. Then I went to the highest islands, since there was a cluster of stuff up there. I found an ikran stash, which is where I would swear I got this skin.
